As at this time, the Customer Service desk is open from 8am to 8pm. I am sorry, I don't know anything about check cashing. Last time I was there, I waited in line for 45 minutes (only to find out I didn't need to-- I was there for pick up). They only had one person working the desk. That was at around 11am on a weekday.
