Why is the food quality consistency so far off. Sometimes the French fries or cooked to well and other times they're uncooked? You have to beg to get more salads when you get the all the salad you can eat. And the portions come to you very distorted

I worked in the food industry for over 20 years and there are no excuses for the lack of quality. And one of the most Silliest Excuses is business volume. The suggestion to send it back would also invite the possibility of retaliation from the kitchen cook Employees. You might just get a single glob of secret recipe spat on top of your food.
