Place was not busy. Employees standing around talking with people waiting be seated. Finally had to yell if someone was working. Still no one came for a few minutes after that. Waitress was good. Pizza was awesome. The burger needed much to be desired.6

We came here twice within a month. I'm not sure why we haven't visited this restaurant earlier. They serve bottomless fries!!! Other restaurants may serve bottomless soap, bread, or salad. But no other restuarant offer bottomless fries!!! I love fries and I am definitely coming back!! Anyway, the first time we came my husband and I both ordered vegetarian burgers, and they were very good. Second time we visited, we ordered meat burgers and also very good. Their milkshake was also very good too. Not to mention, the location of the resturant is great, right next to the shopping area, Costco (I shop there a lot), the movie theatre, and the river trail.

I just bought a burger; it was burnt, dry and bitter. The burger cost $16.87. It had lettuce, a splash of guacamole that you can’t taste, egg, burnt patty and cheese. I called since it’s late and I was told I have to take the order back to the store to get a replacement. At this point I want a refund. I didn’t even use the reward app to get points and I gave the cashier a tip. I have visited the waterfront Red Robin’s more than once and it was ok. I had never dined, it was always carry out or pick up. Very disappointed.

Always get the MadLove Burger when i eat here. Visited on Tuesday November 2nd and it was the best one I've ever had here! The person who put it together did a great job. All the toppings stayed perfectly in place while eating! Awesome burger and quick friendly service!!
