I chose the make your own option. The burger wasn't terrible but it was missing the flavor and boldness I was hoping for. I would try a different menu option if I ever went again. I did however enjoy the vanilla cream float. All in all the service was pretty good and it was a clean nice environment.

Our family really enjoyed our meal at Burgatory! Heads up there is almost always a wait, but you can go shopping nearby while you are waiting on your table. The service did forget to give us utensils so we end walking around taking clean utensils from empty tables. We really liked our appetizer “fork it” - it’s essentially poutine, but not with a crazy amount of gravy (which we preferred). I had the elk burger and it was fantastic! I tried my partners bison burger and it was also stellar. Try some of the sauces to dip with your fries - we like mixing the garlic mayo and spicy ketchup together. My partner had a Cookie Monster milkshake and it tasted great. An excellent dinner!

I love being able to build your own burger! So many options with fresh tasting ingredients. The service was lovely and we got seated right away!

I do love Burgatory! The shakes are just incredible and I haven’t even had one with booze in it yet! They need to bring back the crab cakes. They are incredible! Tried a burger of the month, it was just ok. All choices I ever had before were fantastic. The atmosphere is great! 😋👍

No, not exactly. But with numbers closer to 20 you can occupy a large section that could feel like private.
They deliver through grub hub
Around 30 to 45 minutes. I was there around 4 on the Sunday of the Pittsburgh marathon and the place was packed but only waited about 10 minutes.
I think they have like an enclosed area during the year that they put a cover on. So I believe its exposed. Just depends if they made it like that yet
IF you don't mind chancing a longee wait for seating & IF you're not needing to rush, you DO NOT need reservations.
It is a House blend made by Culinary Artists.
