They have some interesting ones on display that aren't able to be repaired. They also have an informative display on singles and what happened there.

There are no cars in the sinkhole. Those recovered are on display in the area where the sinkhole occurred. The ones that could be repaired were fixed. I believe 5 were left as they were when removed from the pit. The museum is a very interactive attraction with informative guide's as well as on your own tour. Its the best single car museum dedicated exclusively to the Corvette 1953 to current.
They recovered most of them and restored them.. some that are beyond restoration are displayed as they were in the sinkhole
