You can park your RV at the Museum. Plenty of parking. At exit 58 is Horse Cave campground for overnight parking. It's 30 miles north of the museum. Museum is exit 28 and the caverns are exit 58.
There is also an RV park about 8 miles away if you want to setup and visit Bowling Green more or come to the Michelin Bash in April!
