I was in the area recently, and because I drive a truck, I wanted to go on my break, but was parked at Horse Cave and couldn't justify a $200 cab ride. Is there another truck stop or hotel with truck parking that's closer?

NCM has plenty of parking for buses, RVs and trucks. Turn into the museum at Gate A (the first entrance) and follow the signs for parking. You will be driving straight past the front entrance to the museum and the truck parking lot will be on the right.

There's plenty of parking no matter what size your vehicle is. I'm not sure if there's a hotel close but they've probably have one in a neighboring town that's close.

Plenty of big rig parking there.

There are a few hotels across the street, has station, (not a truck stop). And two or three fast food joints there. There is truck size parking around the rear of the building. Hope that helps.

There is a lot of parking in the lot. But I wasn't really paying attention to much else. I do remember hotels and suspect there is a truck stop nearby.

Since they take delivery of cars and they are very accommodating, I would call them and ask if there is any place for you to park. It's worth seeing but 200 cab ride is outrageous
