I think you should call them to get a reply on that matter before you take your car there. I have to say that they're great people and very professionally especially my saleman Micheal Harrell.
The free state inspections is a perk that Hall Nissan offers it's customers. The Nissan dealership in Elizabeth City will not honor the free inspections for life or the free oil changes for life that was advertised from a different dealership.
I'd call. I don't believe they are associated beyond the Nissan name. They however are great people so they may work with you or even have a coupon.
Nothing is ever free...
