The floor in your apartment will come up, ALWAYS always changing management, let’s not talk about your ac in the summer. They let you stay without AC forever. I broke my lease and got the hell out of there.

I have been living with mold since I moved in. Was told it isn’t mold. Got the city to check it’s in fact black mold. Ac been out for months. Went out in 100 degree weather. I have 3 babies. 1 whom was literally just born not even a week prior to my ac breaking, a almost 2 year old and a 3 year old. The office people are really rude and made horrible excuses and accusations. Still today I don’t have my ac fixed. Been using 1 ac unit in the living room they provided along with 2 fans, all which are used but we pay almost $800 rent, $50 extra every year without being written in your lease. I could go on and on and on. I mean seriously, these apartments are okay when you know the market in ec is shot and homes are run down or unlivable and wait lists are YEARS long. They WILL take your money and WONT fix a thing. I’ve been looking to move since day one of horrible encounters with the “property managers”. Test your luck but I wouldn’t recommend especially if you have small children.

The lady who works the front desk, Ellen I believe, is incredibly rude. Asked about possibly applying and she asked how much I make in a year. I told her and she told me I made too much money to rent there. That’s fine and all, but I asked if she could give me an explanation on it and she became very rude and crass with me. It was horrible customer service for someone to have.
