Look up Nomads Mobile Motorcycle Service; they cover Davidson county. I'm not certain whether they work on Chinese scooters or not.
Not sure about that bud, most bike shops are booked up 3 weeks or more out. I think it would be cheaper for you to tow it somewhere. I have a contact for a good bike tower if you need it.
