Horrible customer service. They need to be taught how to handle certain situations with kids instead of reacting with anger. Our daughter walked out crying because she was embarrassed by how the employee reacted to the situation that happened. We will never return to this establishment. I could have paid for the candy that was touched before the employee made a big deal causing her to put it back into the container because she was scared. To add I had no time whatsoever to react and I was standing next to her.

Well, I tried to ask about a candy box they sell and have on the front, they sell it as a Mexican candy box. I enter and ask about it since it seems interesting and I wanted one. But as soon as I asked about the box the person in the counter immediately make a "face" about it and start saying she didn't know anything about it. And that she didn't know what "those things" were, speaking in a very derogative way. Why do they sell it in first place if they are refuse by it. Not buying anymore there for sure. This was Tuesday September 6th around 8ish pm.

They have really fun candy and different items but they’re pretty expensive. They are totally on top of sanitation for the fill your own bags candy bins: no reaching in with hands, no putting candy back, no unaccompanied children, etc. Angela was very nice when I was chatting with her and she was great about informing people what to do when they first came in.

Angela was super nasty & rude! It really put a damper on my family’s trip to Nashville and ruined our experience. She was very unkind in telling us not to put candy back into the bin after it going in the bag and (even tho we are using our hands on the scooper to scoop all the candy and I work in the food industry so I understand sanitation) I didn’t physically touch the candy I dumped it from the bag without touching it, although I understand rules are rules, So I asked while at checkout if there were any signs anywhere, maybe I had missed them, I was very nice and her response was super rude and sarcastic and she belittled us commenting about our common sense and made us feel super small. Honestly not a good experience at all. There is definitely appropriate ways to handle a situation like this but Angela’s way was not the way. We almost left without purchasing any candy.

I called them. They don't have eggnog flavor but have packs of saltwater taffy and laffy taffy also. Yw 😊
Visited a week ago. Masks mandatory. Must use gloves when selecting candy. Sinage is visible with instructions. And 2 hand sanitizer spaces.
