Usually great service.. been going about once a month for 2 years now... But yesterday the manager yelled at me because I did not take off my antenna... Not sure what kind of customer service training they get but it obviously is not working...

I'm here reading the reviews because of this same issue the Manager came out yelling at me today running his mouth. So I will be posting a negative review and will be contacting their corporate office. That is no way to run a business in the service industry.

Yup they did ask me .. I will give them that... And there is a small add on sign to there Kiosk that was not there before... And if they would have said it is now mandatory and that I would not get tbe full wash ... I would let them take it off... But they broke parts on my wife's truck CB antenna last time she let them take it off... And it still doesn't fix the problem of their poor customer service or them turning off part of the wash without notifying the customer...
