Get a membership and come everyday! It’s the way to go! Free towels, vacuums, glass cleaner, and floor mat scrubbers! Can’t beat it.

So I had an issue in Jacksonville NC splash and dash... Contacted them from their website and have received no response... Anyone else get answers or know how?

No, I've never tried contacting them. Did you try leaving a review on their FB page, or on yelp? Most companies will contact you if you leave a negative review so they can resolve the issue.

Usually great service.. been going about once a month for 2 years now... But yesterday the manager yelled at me because I did not take off my antenna... Not sure what kind of customer service training they get but it obviously is not working...

No you must go through the wash. It's only 7 to do a basic wash and you can pull around to the vacuums. I'm a member there I pay 14.99 a month and I can go everyday if I want.
