I had a phone interview. No one called so I waited a few days believing a mistake occured and to wait for management to call. Once I received a notice saying I wasn’t chosen I called. I did a phone interview over the phone was told the store manager would call. I never got the phone call. I spoke to someone else same thing happened to them previously. I don’t mind putting in the effort to obtain a job I wanted but I also felt devalued as a potential employee and saw issues of leadership skills if I’m valuable to them as an employee or even a customer they should be making their commitments as I’ve made all of mine. It really is disheartening but we had a girl who worked at the store come to our store who was transferred. She didn’t even last a month. She would clock out for long breaks and she was rude to customers and overall wasn’t a team player and was highly argumentative . Hopefully I’m wrong but I’m leaving this review for people who truly enjoyed kohls this won’t be a good option for you it doesn’t have the team work atmosphere and I don’t believe will be a good stepping stone in employment. :) hopefully this helps someone

I went here looking for a mens winter coat or jacket and they had racks and racks of nice ones priced fairly.
