So I PURCHASED a washer on April 10 2019 only had a couple months but it doesn't sound and I called the lady said 90 day warranty but it doesn't say that in my paper wrk shouldn't I still be under warranty?

Lowes will or should of asked you if you needed a warranty. If you had a 90-day warranty, it expired July 10th, since you purchased in April. Your receipt would also tell you how long you have to return your washer for another one.
