Just FYI at some point during the pandemic they started having the 11% rebate every single week, and they’re still doing it. So whatever week it is you’re asking about, the answer is “Yes, they’re offering the 11% rebate this week.”

Varies. Going on now. They seem to do it about every 4 weeks or so. It generally lasts 1-2 weeks.
