I don't work there but I always check the store's website if the associates are busy or go up to the front desk and ask. They are helpful at Menards, more so than many other stores.

Is there any reason as to why I cannot talk to someone from customer service? I was told everything has go be sent in writing. That is a very inconvenient way to try to get someone to help me.
