Is it similar to a korean spa where you can bathe nude and out in the open (except in the meeting area)?

Kind of similar. There are only two hot rooms, one dry and one wet, and there is a cold water pool to plunge after hot room visit. Rooms are much hotter than in Korean saunas. When you enter you are getting towels and skirt to wear inside. But it's up to you to wear it or not in hot room. In dining area you have to wear this skirt, so others won't be scared. ;-)
