Ordered ahead, 2 bacon & egg sandwiches. 30 minutes for pick up…get it home & 1 sandwich is the atomic sausage sandwich. Call back to have them remake the sandwich & the woman on the phone tried to argue with us that we picked up the wrong order. Saying “we have multiple orders”….they are the one who handed us the bag & the receipt was correct for what we ordered but the sandwich did not match the receipt. It wasn’t until I mentioned the allergy to the sausage that she was even willing to entertain that they’d messed up. I keep trying to support this business but their service continues to be terrible & frankly their bagels are not that great to keep dealing with wrong orders & rude customer service.

My experience was terrible. I had a hard time chewing the bagel. It wasn’t even my first option but I was gonna be late to the airport. Shame on you Brobagel…

Tried one last time to support this place, and was once again let down. My bad, won’t try again. It’s not good anymore and everyone has a really unwelcoming attitude. I totally understand bad days, but I’ve been here a few times in the past two years and it’s been awful every time. This time, I waited forever to order, got to the counter and ordered 6 bagels, paid, waited some more, then they told me they were out of three of the six kinds of bagels. I asked for a refund since this was for guests at my house, and they just had a huge attitude towards me like it was my fault. No apology, nada. A friend of mine was in line and had a worse experience than I did, and said his bagels were not good. I’ve been in the service industry and I get being in the weeds, but not every day. Go to Steingolds. Their bagels are amazing and super warm staff.
