They have a slick way to get a card. They have an area where an employee is standing near by to help you all the way through. Your card will be handed to you.

Just go to customer service. It is a really simple procedure.
You can also get on their store website. I actually set mine up that way. If you have any difficulties you are able to call the customer service hotline, or just send them an email. I did both. The online system would not let me link my phone number as an alternate ID. After a quick email it was straightened out!
