I just passed by and it says they’re open but no one attended me. I seen that there was people inside. I went around again and nothing. It was around 4:45 am. What time do you guys usually open then?

When you go to there website it says 4:00 A.M. But I really dont know what time the inside of McDonald's open I usually go after 8;00 A.M
