They are a RIP off. Dont trust them.. they are exsteemly shady!!!!!!!! They fix one problem and break another and wount onw up to there mistakes and refuses to fix what they broke on my aunts car. And elderly woman with a fixed income.. Not to mencken they want her to pay full price for there ok ups... not right and they have not heard the last of us .... we plant to go public about the Double J.
Not good bought a batterie was bad so they gave another one which turned out bad also. Had to pay aaa twice to charge it.They wouldn't give any money back to buy a good one.They wanted 95.00 more for better one.Not happy.
My experience w Double J Auto was terrific! My now deceased uncle and his friends would ONLY use their services! My uncle was a car guy who expected perfection. They were phenominal at helping me after my uncle's passing, and I found there charges appropriate and reasonable. Car people know who they can trust - my uncle trusted them emphatically.
