I called DeFalco's through AAA recently. The driver, Kevin, was prompt and friendly. Upon arrival, instead of just throwing my vehicle onto his truck, he took the time to talk to me and try to help me to figure out the issue. He tried 4-5 different fixes in the span of 15-20 minutes, ranging from checking the fuel pump to swapping fuses around and resetting the computer. The issue ended up being a dirty fuel float, which caused my gauge to read as if it had plenty of gas, when in fact I did not. He was good enough to load my truck up and tow me to a nearby gas station, after which we unloaded the truck and went our separate ways. Had he not taken the time to run through all of those quick fixes and genuinely tried to help me solve the issue, I would've ended up spending much more than it costed to just fill my tank. I will definitely be using DeFalco's and asking for Kevin the next time I need a tow. They're a great service and he specifically was a huge help and an all around good guy.

Had vehicle go down with bad starter. Just so happen that Cameron was in the parking lot helping another customer when I realized my need for help. He jumped right in and helped me diagnose the issue. He returned later to tow my truck to be repaired. Excellent service and big shout out to Cameron for a great job and friendly customer service!!

Technician Kevin Fleming came to our house for a AAA tow request, at 8:30 PM. We had replaced the battery in our car but the next day it wouldn’t start. He fixed it and a tow was not needed!!! Kevin was very professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. Every time we’ve done business with DeFalco’s it’s been a great experience. Thank you Kevin!!

I brought the van in with a flat, asked to change tire. In the process parts of the mechanism that’s holds my spare underneath went missing and they sent me out with 50 psi instead of 70 psi. Pretty dangerous in my opinion. I filled the tire but if your charging me to change the tire maybe at least make sure it’s road worthy first. I could have wrecked. Unsafe and lack of attention to detail. This is why I didn’t buy a tire from them. Can’t even change it correctly 😅😅
