Generally pretty hard
It depends on the time of the day. More spots available for paid parking during weekdays day time on both sides of High St and 1st Ave. Evenings, weekends are more tight with parking. You might have to drive couple of blocks to find one or circle around or park in the No stopping zone right next to the coffee shop if you just want to get take out. But if there are a lot of people in the coffee shop, it might take well over 10 minutes for you to get your coffee.
