This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. For example, it was raining hard and the gentleman threw a box of 1 gallon water bottles on my driveway to be rained on and left the 5 gallon bottle of water on the driveway in the rain in the way of where I park my car. I would think the least they could do would be to deliver it to the porch out of the rain. I’ve called the company multiple times to make arrangements for pick up and they never get it right. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am definitely going to change to another company and I would highly recommend nobody use this awful service company

If you actually need something for your business, don't bother calling Crystal Springs. The delivery driver will NEVER have what you need on his truck, even after you have requested the same items for 2 years. After contacting their customer service department numerous times with promises that are never kept, I am actively seeking a new service.

Started using a lot of bottle water during Quarantine. Water delivery has saved us time buying water and saved waste. Deliveries are made on the day stated. So much better than bottled water from store, I love the hot water feature for tea and hot chocolate. We had our machine for a year and started having some issues with it and they sent out a replacement, ASAP!
