Is this Oak Street Health Only for older people 65 and above ?

I wasted four months trying to get a doctor. Canceled 2 appointments then finally got an appointment then had a follow up with same doctor that was 6 weeks instead of 3 weeks as promised. Day of appointment about one hour before the time the office called to cancel my appointment even though the doctor had left a week earlier. I went back a week or 2 later and dropped off the bogus T-shirt then gave me saying that I was a patient of theirs an eye with special. Give me a break

It’s for adults with Medicare. However, some people younger than 65 have Medicare, for disability & so on.
