Why don't you keep the Red Velvet Cheesecake on the menu all the time? Even if it wasn't all the time, why not way more often? Everyone loves it and as soon as it is in, you are sold out.

Sometimes when we get new things we sell out quickly. Also we change what we get due to season changes and how much people like it. I’m sorry it was sold out for you
