Stopped on our way down the highway. Food was hot and we enjoyed the free breadsticks with dine in! Bathroom was clean and staff were friendly.

Mom choose Fazolis for her 65th Birthday dinner this year! We had all of the family 13 people we just showed up didn't call ahead or anything and the staff was so accommodating! They thru the tables together quickly and once we were all seated 2 young ladies came over and took our orders so we didn't have to leave the table! We had 6 children in our party so it was great just keeping them all seated! The food came out fast and exactly as we ordered and it was hot and delicious. The 2 young ladies that waited on us were amazing and 1 of them I felt went above and beyond! We were trying to help at the end stack the plates and throw away garbage and she said "you just relax and let me do it!" It's so hard to find good service now a days so this was so refreshing! I hope the GM of this Fazolis sees this review and praises the team that was there that night 10/13/22 around 6pm :) We will keep coming here for family Italian Night! Thank you!

1st time trying it. Nice portion size. Order the spicy Zita with chicken and sausage. Thought I would need hot sauce but didn't. Wing were on point nice size also. Good customer service. Next time I'm back in Ohio will visit again.
