Yes Tammie they are putting new ones in all the time. We just got a new one in a lot today. They are pretty,but I haven't seen this new one inside.

I know that ownership recently changed hands and Jones Estate Oak Hills are the new owners. I believe if you text the office number you are more than likely to get a response.

Not for sure about any for sale, lot rent went up $20. So it would be $375.+ water & sewage. If you pay on or before the 25th of the month & aren't behind on anything, you can take $35. Off your rent!!

Lots are equiped with electric or propane. It really depends on the mobile home. Call office to see what, if any, is for sale.

Depends on the lot. Prices vary for wooded or non wooded lots. I believe they run around $350 ish. Call the rental office for current rents.
