3 stars because mostly everyone stays to themselves! And everyone minds their own business. Come around July 4 you’ll see everyone here owns fire arms so no there’s isn’t any trouble. Not 5 stars Aside from a few parents that sadly are addicted to drugs so those kids Have no set schedules no routines are always outside running around night and day in the middle of the damn street. And then these potholes, and do not expect them to clear snow in the winter but the school district is good and the rent is reasonable I do wish that they were a little bit more strict about who they move in here but again everyone who lives here is armed So ….

My mom has been there since 2014. Lot rent ranges from $345-$385 and then everyone owns their trailer unless you can find one for sale by park owners or a owner renting, which then you’d pay lot rent and then trailer rent. Water is included and you get one trash can.

Because they have been doing wrong especially since twenty years ago they are charging people for the nasty water people can't drink oil in the water and it's overcharging for the trailers people who live there will tell you that the water has been bad and illegal stuff going on with the owner 😡

It's disgusting, and you can't drink the water. Weird oil like substance that floats on top and yes the owner is extremely shady. Avoid this area !

Listen there's so many dogs at community gardens pit bulls,American bulls an etc it can be very dangerous at times some dogs run loose other people keep them in a room then when they escape an get out their out of control there's danger a child could get attacked management refuses to do anything
