I recently used the front loading washers and it took 30 minutes on normal and warm settings to do a load. It took 30 minutes on high in the dryer and the total cost was under 5 dollars. There is street parking in front and the clientale seems safe.
I used both the regular front-loading washers and the large capacity ones, and they both took about 20 minutes for a perm press cycle. The dryers take a while though (one dry cycle is 24 minutes, but I did two and they still weren't completely dry. I think I put too much in the dryer so if you just have a normal size load then it shouldn't take more than 2 dryer cycles). I would say that you should give yourself around 2 hours total if you have a lot of laundry (that would include time for you to switch loads, fold, etc). Hope this helps!
