They have limited hours and tours in winter, but you can do the self guided tour, which is very fun. The hours are on the website
We've been there in winter and they were closed. I stand to be corrected, but they only start up tours again in the spring.
Not sure web site will have it but I do know Saturday tour schedule fills up fast so if you want a Saturday book now because chances are they already have a waiting list already
