Total waste of my time I could have gotten just as good of care from a stranger on the street. Went in because I got something in my eye while working and she didn't even look at my eye to see if there was something in it just said "oh you probably just scratched it" and prescribed an ointment.

They close early randomly and don't verify that the other location they send you to can even do the test you need done. Never again. Whole company is a joke

They force you to pay for a covid test up front before they'll see you. If you don't have $155 dollars they'll turn you away. Zero stars if I could. Very bad policy.

You have to be in the parking lot at 4pm and checked in on their app to get seen at those times (4pm-5pm)
I've had a couple of those tests there and wasn't charged a co-pay. I'd check what your insurance card says. If it says you have to pay a co-pay that's why they charged you. I'm not sure about Humana though.
Our sports physicals are $30.
