Yes, you are welcome to take a camera, however there are areas that are marked that pictures are not allowed. ( the active prison on the same grounds)
The prisoner's are not exactly next door. But the website does state what you can and cant do. I have taken pictures of the shawshank prison.
Yes, you can! I took alot of pictures..... you just can't take pictures of the Mansfield prisoners that are next door.
