Not sure what has gluten and what doesn't, but here's a small list of the menu: Corn/flour nachos, Avocado/Guacamole Salad (love the guac), cream/cheddar cheese poppers, Enchiladas, Tacos, tostadas, Burritos, Sopapillas. These are just the different things, available in chicken and beef. Everything is made there each morning (my son works kitchen there), and all ingredients are bought locally. Gluten free, I guess some are, best thing to do is ask Mary or her husband, they own it.
I would say if you have a high gluten allergy that no maybe salad
