I dont understands why my iced coffee is different everytime I get one even though I order the same thing every time. It is my absolute favorite thing But its messed up more often than not I am sitting at this location right now messed up twice.

Try ordering at the kiosk inside. It allows you to pick lots of options. Won't have to worry about someone else manually putting it in wrong.
