Called customer service and got a young lady who was not helpful at all. Seems like she was trying not to help and was very difficult to understand.

I was a new subscriber....nothing I was told came true... apparently CSRs do not have enough information. Then, to cancel, you have to continue to jump through hoops and do this and do that. I would never rrcommrec doing a subscription with The Advocate.

This used to be a really great place for all of the local news around until they stop printing the paper in Newark behind the office and started printing it out of town in Columbus and shortly after that they have more than double the price of the paper and now it cost way too much and it is not very big at all. I just hope that they will be changing some things soon other wise I can see them going completely out of business The last several times that they have changed something the paper has gotten smaller and more expenses to wear nobody can afford it anymore or and it is just not worth the money to even pay for it

Questions & Answers

Since Licking County is more of a Republican County, why does the Advocate print mostly Democratic views... No wonder they are not doing well.

The advocate is owned by the Columbus dispatch. They also don't really have any reporters anymore.

Where is that.
