Even if you find the item you paid for online and bring it to customer service, they still don't let you have it and tell you to wait for the email. This is not ok. Was paid for at noon, went to store at 3pm, was only one left in stock. Found the item and manger yelled at customer service saying not to release the item that I paid for and I have to wait for the email that its "there and ready for pickup" Its 8 hours max to fill in stock order, 8 hours now passed, still no email, called to speak to manager and keep being put on hold and no one comes on the line. Worst ever !!
