This address is the same as The Reserve Apartments, which is further along the road. Which address is correct?

It sits at an intersection so the reason they have the same address is because of the zoning board in Baton Rouge. The address is placed upon a building depending on which street the front door faces, since it faces a corner the board has yet to give it deliberation upon a new address. It sucks but thats why.

Towne Center is located on the corner of Corporate BLVD and Jefferson HWY. The Reserve is further down the road if you turn onto Corporate BLVD via Jefferson HWY. If you turn onto Corporate BLVD via College Drive, you will make it to the Reserve first and Towne Center is further.
