Will not go there again. Horrible customer service. I was the only one in line yet it took a while to acknowledge me. I asked about their pints and they told me the don't know go look in the cooler. The one working also made a comment about my appearance. I said excuse me. The ice cream was good, but not worth the hassle.

The service was awful and the ice cream flavors were limited . The staff were running in and out of the store and left customers waiting as they were on the phone. Extremely unprofessional! I plan to call management.

It was uncomfortable bringing my family if 6 here. Our order was almost $50, which would have been fine, IF there was a table large enough to seat us (or enough tables to put two together), the place had been cleaned recently, and we would have gotten the amount of ice cream that we paid for. There were only 3 or 4 tables and my husband and I had to stand while our children ate. We had to get wet wipes out of the car to clean the table before we sat down (all of the tables were gross). The widows were dirty, rhe ic cream case was dirty, the toilet/bathroom was disgusting (like what seemed to be poo on the toilet and the sink), I chose to go down to Whole Foods to use the facilities instead. The girl making my ice cream picked at skin on her nose while she took my order then put gloves on. It was an awful experience. Oh and each cup of ice cream that we received wasn't even full. AWFUL!!!
