The confirmation should have also been sent to your Email if you deleted from your email it can also be found in your trash bin

Yes. It should be. Usually i go to the counter to check in and they print me a copy. You might need your confirmation number to be safe. That seems like to me would be the only issue. I have never had problems getting my ticket printed.
