Chris Stewart, if you are referring to the restaurants icon and don't want to comment on it and your phone is an Android there are three dots up in the right hand corner. Tap the dots and you can remove the restaurant from there.
I never got an icon from casa rina. Only thing that pops up is google asking for input on reviews or questions like yours. Be more specific about what pops up.
