Ive filled out 2 complete change off address forms and have received maybe 3-4 pieces of mail to my new address, Will Postal route carrier see these in my mail box and return to post office ? Tried to call and NO answer ! HELP !

Its easier to just change address of the important things you need to ensure you get them in timely fashion the rest will catch up

If it's a regular carrier yes. If it's a sub carrier not always. Did you do it online or fill out the slip leave it in outgoing address?
