Well there's only a couple reasons why they wouldn't give you a fork but for you to go back in and ask for a fork that's just plain ridiculous so what I would do is I would make sure you say okay to you're self since you got famous bowl I should get a fork but if not remind them to give one to you
It should be up to the people who are serving me to ask if I need them.
A lot of people order food to take home, so the are acting on that basis, its up to you to verify your purchase and ensure you have all you need
