Do your math before taking your elk here. They charge $275 to process a cow elk at 200lbs of meat. Thats $1.38/lb. I dropped off only 10lbs for burgers having processed the rest myself. I was charged $40! That's $4/lb vice $1.38. I tried explaining it to the service guy, he stuck it to me anyways. I'd look somewhere else.

There was the usual section of steaks available in the case. You can get a thick cut steaks here and they had a variety of sausage links and seasonings available.

I wasn't around in the 40s and 50s, but Blue Ribbon Meats is the only place I purchase meats and poultry. I come in from Fernley or I send my husband since he works in Sparks.

Yes, if they don't have it pre-cut they can cut it in the back. My husband and I got some really nice filet mignon on our last visit that they cut in the back.
I believe they do special ordering. Not sure if you are asking about meat they have on hand or meat you may have, like venison. I have bought ground lamb there, in freezer section. Just give them a call, they are helpful over the phone.
No this company has been around a long time
They have rabbit, quail, alligator, bison, frog legs, pheasant, wild boar, ostrag, deer, and so much more, I can't remember everything.
They have a few different decently priced boxes
I use 16 to 18 for rare to medium
