Our family left on a vacation for a little over a week and our fur family members were super happy and socialized as a pack with the other dogs at The Bark House. This seems everything to us as our two dogs normally are kept to themselves. Thank you, for letting us choose you Bark House and feel as our dogs are in great hands. You all are awesome!

We were in the process of dropping off our 14 yr old, 18lbs dog and 3 yr old, 45 lbs dog for boarding. We were going over feeding and medication instructions and the associate working laughed out loud at the fact that we had medications for our dogs. This made us extremely uneasy that our dogs would not be getting their REQUIRED medications daily! After pushing past that, we requested that our older dog not be in play time all day because she can’t take that much activity and that our other dog be put with the small dog group. We were informed that the weight limit for the small dog group is 20lbs and she would have to be in her kennel the entire time since she is not comfortable around large dogs. I have heard of 50lbs, even 40lbs, limits but 20lbs is absurd! You’re telling me that you would put a 25lbs dog in with 100lbs dog for playtime!?!? Had our little dog been a few lbs heavier, she would have gotten trampled and most likely broken some bones in the process! The associate was kind enough to schedule us last minute and not charge us for canceling, but to laugh at our dog needing medication and to have that big of size difference of dogs in their play area is unsafe and asking for trouble! We left immediately and will not be recommending this place to anyone!
