Why does this Panda Express get to keep our change? Is this legal? Cashier took change from two customers in front on me, but wouldn't give me back nine cents. She said she had no change. Liar! This aint right!

I was not asked if my change could be donated. Maybe it is the 9 cents. Probably more the principle of keeping customers monies. I don't get to knock off the change I owe, so why do big businesses.

First off it's 9 cents calm down. Secondly as I was just there yesterday I was asked if I want to donate my change, to which I said yes because we are in a national coin shortage. I suggest if you are really that upset about 9 cents you bring exact change next time.
