This agency is Wonderful! Besides providing childcare through the Head Start program,I was able to get funding for a class at TMCC. They helped me with toiletries and gas as well. Please check out their workforce development program.

I have never got any kind of assistance from these folks since I lived in the state of Nevada nearly 14 years it’s crazy how other agency’s keep referring me to this place … like they are going to do something to help every time go I get I don’t get anything but disappointment they won’t do nothing to help me but a friend of mines rants about what they done for her and her family I guess They choose who they want to help and I am not one they help who they wanna help last time I went I was referred by the school I was attending cause I am trying to become an administrative assistant they do child care there when they had me running in circles like a dog chasing her tail meanwhile they filled all the spots up only to determine I was eligible and now We have been sitting on their wait list for almost a year never hear nothing from them whatsoever that hurt so bad

It’s a shame that they dare ask for a survey. Feedback is in a photo. 7/29/21 I received a request to submit ALL of my personal information for a grant I was hoping for after already meeting with them and asking for their help. Unfortunately at that time I was unemployed. All of that was sent days later. I spent weeks waiting and going back and forth with them. I applied for job after job and was finally granted employment 9/2/21. 9/14/21 I signed a contract with CSA to see about the same grant, sent invoices and all that they requested. After another month with no update in Nov2021 I was able to speak with the so called director of the program who strung me along for another 2 months. In November the worker I was dealing with promised half of the funding and here we are in January 2022. Today the so called director hung up in my face and I did nothing to her. I was never confrontational or harassing. I had to take another step up the chain of command for answers. Then I receive a call that they can’t help me due to my income that I was told by the worker didn’t matter. This whole situation is a SHAME and waste of time. My goals are to take up a career in Stress Management. Starting with becoming a Yoga Instructor in which my worker told me that was “just a hobby and in reality you couldn’t do that full time.” Way to spit on a VALUABLE DREAM. Just know that their intentions are to waste your time.
