I have found a baby sparrow and it looks like its lame it cant really walk looks to be fledgling but cant really fly too what do i do can someone come pick it up

I don't think the people at the wildlife rescue will come pick an animal up. May want to try calling animal control, they're more than capable of taking the little guy over there.

You might want to take it to wild life rescue but they might be closed on Sunday you need to call to see if they are open then take it there. They should be able to help that poor little thing...
