NEW Florida Corporation/owner raised the rent $200 last year and now they said they are maxing the rent! I wouldn't live here, looking to move out.
When I lived there with my disable friend and his dog and cat in 2005 the rent was $500.00 for a one bedroom. It's a really good place to live.
